Welcome to Eternal Moments. By booking our wedding photography services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Definitions

* "Client" refers to the individual(s) who book and pay for the photography

services.

* "Photographer" refers to Eternal Moments and its authorized representatives.

* "Services" refers to the wedding photography services provided by Eternal

Moments.

2. Booking and Payments

* A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. The

remaining balance must be paid 30 days before the wedding date.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

* If the Client cancels the booking, the deposit is non-refundable.

* Rescheduling is subject to the Photographer’s availability and may incur

additional fees.

4. Photographic Materials

* The Photographer will provide high-resolution digital images and/or printed

materials as agreed upon in the package.

* The Photographer retains the right to use the images for promotional purposes

unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

* The Client is responsible for ensuring that the Photographer has access to the

event venue(s) at the agreed times.

* The Client must inform the Photographer of any specific shots or moments

they wish to capture. While the Photographer will make every effort to capture

these moments, no guarantee is made.

6. Photographer’s Responsibilities

* The Photographer will provide the agreed-upon services in a professional

manner.

* In the unlikely event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness), the

Photographer will make every effort to find a replacement photographer.

7. Liability

* The Photographer is not liable for any damages, including but not limited to

emotional distress, missed events, or lost images, due to unforeseen

circumstances or events outside the Photographer’s control.

8. Image Rights and Usage

* The Photographer retains copyright of all images. The Client is granted a license

to use the images for personal use only.

* The Client may not sell, edit, or publish the images without written consent

from the Photographer.

9. Privacy Policy

* The Photographer respects the privacy of the Client and will not share personal

information with third parties without consent.

By booking with Eternal Moments, the Client agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
